Welcome to Rooted Realty NC.

We're a husband-and-wife team, and Wilmington is home. When we're not helping clients find theirs, you'll find us out enjoying everything this lovely place has to offer: the beaches, the waterways, and a charming downtown we never get tired of. Most days it's a family affair, with our two little ones, Murphy and Maxine, along for the ride.

We started Rooted Realty NC because we believe real estate is about more than a transaction. It's about finding the place where your life can really grow. We're all about family, love, and supporting the community that has given us so much. We love introducing newcomers to the people, places, and little local gems that make this small, sweet city so special.
